Important Tricks, How to Boil Eggs to Not Break

How to Boil Eggs to Not Break

Boiled eggs are a mainstay menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Can be cut and then mixed with salad, processed into balado or cooked as a mixture of stews.

For the sake of getting a round boiled egg, of course the process of boiling it must be considered. Don't let the shell break and the contents break.

This will make the egg shape imperfect. The yellow tends to crumble when processed.

Well, there are 4 important tricks to prevent the eggs from breaking when boiled. Anything?

1. Don't use cold eggs

Preferably, do not use eggs that are still cold, just taken from the refrigerator so that they are not immediately boiled.

If you really want to boil it, let it sit for a while until it's no longer cold, after that it's just boiled. In this way the risk of egg rupture when boiled can be prevented.

2. Enough containers
When boiling, you need enough water so that the eggs are perfectly submerged. Use room temperature water, arrange the eggs in such a way so as not to overcrowd.

When water boils, eggs can collide with each other. It's good not to force all eggs into one pan if it's known to be too full.

Pay attention to the fire
3. Medium fire

Use medium heat to boil eggs. Generally it takes 10 minutes until the eggs are fully cooked. You can use a timer so you don't forget.

If the fire used is too hot, the water can flutter too hard and can create an impact on the egg or crack the egg shell.

4. Salt or vinegar

For boiled eggs to be more easily peeled and not broken, add salt or vinegar to the cooking water. Just 1/2 teaspoon salt or 1 teaspoon of vinegar for one pot of boiled water.
